Gym workout involves weights and machineries and so many equipments which are there to keep you fit and serve you with a sculpted body. For some, working out at home is preferable instead of sweating it out at the gym, whereas others simply need the gym environment to get them in the zone.
ADVANTAGES OF GYM WORKOUT

Usually when you pay up for something you force yourself to go. The beginning can be tough, but this way if you build enough momentum and start feeling good and getting results you tend to stick to it.

You meet lot of likeminded people who have the same goals as you have i.e. to lose weight and become fit etc.

If you choose your gym wisely you can enjoy many benefits various gym workouts of being a member: including group classes like Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, Spinning, Weights and Cardio which are usually part of the membership package.
DISADVANTAGES OF GYM WORKOUTS
4) Always crowdedGyms can get very crowded especially during peak hours. This may require you to wait for equipments etc and take the fun out of gym work out.
5) Lack of Hygiene
Workout at gym is not safe in regards to cleanliness. As the sweaty machines can easily transfer diseases. Hygiene may be an issue and unfortunately very few gyms maintain a good standard.

Deciding what to eat before and after a workout can be a real headache, especially when there are so many conflicting opinions about the perfect diet. One thing you will realize when you start going to the gym regularly is that your food cravings will be more intense than usual.

A home gym is designed by you and according to you, so it can be considered to be a safe place for working out alone. Feeling safe makes you feel more confident and this can result in form of a better workout session every day.

You have to buy all your own equipment. Home use equipment is not as durable as commercial quality equipment, and it can be costly to fix.

You have to clean your own equipment! Your own equipment, which must be maintained by you on a regular basis.
This is a debate that has been going on for a long time. Aside from the social aspect of going to the gym or fitness studios or doing exercise at home, the exercises always remain the same no matter where they are performed. You just need to stay confident, committed and dedicated to your fitness routine in order to reach your desired fitness goals.
